About Mr. Lukens

Larry Lukens is one of the most knowledgeable energy business veterans pursuing the goal of developing a healthy shale oil industry. A 20 year Navy veteran whose career includes a variety of top-level positions in the federal government's energy programs, Larry headed the Paraho Corporation in the 1980s.
